New Video: 20 Minute Yoga Sequence for Lawyers, Professionals and Desk Workers - Suitable For All
Thanks to my yoga teacher Katy for recording this wonderful session which is especially helpful at this time of lockdown and social distancing.
Katy Insley is a full-time yoga teacher who teaches for a number of well known yoga studios In the Birmingham area, as well as for business and organisations including Legal & General, Hays, The AA, Arden University and Birmingham City Council.
This short 20 minute sequence is ideal for those who spend a large part of the day sat down, as it will help to open up the hips, lengthen the hamstrings, and stretch out all the muscles which typically become tight and tense through periods of prolonged sitting.
This sequence is suitable for all abilities, however like with all forms of exercise if you have an injury, disability or medical condition which can be affected by exercise, please consult a medical professional before giving this a go, if you’re new to yoga.
