The sentence reflected the defendant’s ASD diagnosis for which a psychologist with expertise in radicalisation had been instructed on the defendant’s behalf.

Fahim Adam, of Bold Street, Blackburn was sentenced at Manchester Crown Court to 30 months in prison for possessing information useful for terrorism.
