In this informal conversation I chat to Immigration Law solicitor Gemma Tracey (née Wylie) of Latitude Law. We discuss the new Skilled Worker Route which is part of the new Points Based Immigration System and current issues she is seeing in applications under the EU Settlement Scheme. This discussion is not meant as legal advice and is for information purposes only. I hope you find our conversation informative and helpful.

She joined the casework team in early 2011, and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She is a Law Society accredited level 2 caseworker and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in August 2017.
